Much of our suffering stems from our thoughts,

Illusions that hold no true existence.

We posses the remarkable ability,

To create something out of nothing.

In reality, we lead lives of freedom,

But often, we impose suffering upon ourselves.

What can the Buddha offer?

He can only say: I am sorry."
