The 2026 Buddha Birth Day Festival is Queensland’s most vibrant cultural celebration — and you’re invited!
Join us over the May Day long weekend (1–3 May 2026) at Fo Guang Shan Chung Tian Temple for three inspiring days filled with peace, joy and rich cultural experiences.
Enjoy an incredible line-up of performances, from captivating Dragon and Lion Dances to elegant tea ceremonies, plus more than 150 activities and events designed for all ages. Festival highlights include a spectacular Saturday night laser show and a wide variety of delicious vegetarian food.
